Banjar people was known and originated from Malay since thousands years ago. Then, they had migrated to the Borneo island.When the establishment of Sultanate Banjar on 24th September 1526, Islam had become identity of Banjarese. Banjarese was also famous with diaspora since decades because Banjarese is the tribe that has migration as habitual. The aim of the conference are;
- To examine roles of religion in changing of political, social, laws, economy, culture and education of Banjarese;
- To map socio demographic of Banjarese in Southeast Asia and Middle East as social capital in developing South Kalimantan;
- To promote intelectual discourse of Banjarese;
