Registration
Presentation Types for the registration
There are two types of presentations available (1) Oral, and (2) Poster. You can register for the conference by selecting your preferred presentation type. In addition to the presentation types you can register for the conference as a participant.
Special note
The registration fee does not include domestic transport, tours or accommodation.

Attendees (Participant/Presenter/Student) should fill in the online registration form or download the PDF form.
Conference Refund Policy
If an applicant is unable to attend the conference for any reasons, they are eligible for a 40% refund of the registration fees paid. Please note that any administrative costs incurred will be the responsibility of the applicant. The deadline to request for a refund will be on 3 May 2025.
