Registration Form: 3rd BSN Conference

Payment of a registration fee covers the cost to attend conference activities, coffee breaks, conference reception, short excursion and all lunches during the conference. In addition, each registrant will receive a copy of the conference certificate.

Please note that this registration fee does not cover transportation fee, accommodation fee and after conference fee.

• Standard Fee: 4 May until 20 May 2025

Refund Policy

Fee paid is 40% refundable. No refunds after 3 May 2025.

1. Go to https://epay.ubd.edu.bn/ where you will be in the Student & Staff portal
2. Log in using your UBD email and UBD e-mail password
3. Please wait for a few minutes for all the fee options to pop-out
4. Pick the item you want to pay under the Event category
5. Confirm payment at the cart sign

For Public

1. Go to https://ipay.ubd.edu.bn/ where you will be in the Public portal
2. Register first
3. Log in using the e-mail created
4. Please wait for a few minutes for all the fee options to pop-out

1. I agree to the cancellation and refund policy stated by the Office BSN Secretariat and will communicate any requests in writing to bsn@ubd.edu.bn
2. I understand that the Office BSN Secretariat is not responsible for my travel or accomodation arrangements and any losses due to changes in the event format, venue, or schedule.
3. I acknowledge that my registration is non-refundable but may be credited for another BSN conference within one year, as per the policy.
4. I accept that the Office BSN Secretariat reserves the right to conduct the conference in physical format, and no refund will be provided.
